Certificates of Completion:
For live events, certificates of completion are distributed upon completion of the full program and given to individuals who complete the sign-in/out documents and turn in the evaluation. If for any reason certificates of completion are unable to be provided after the completion of the course, a certificate will be mailed to the participant. Certificates of completion will be provided within 30 days of the course date.
For online (home study) events, certificates of completion are automatically generated after participants pay the course fee (if applicable), complete the course and course evaluation, and pass the course quiz with a score of 85% or higher. After you pass the quiz, you will be able to print out a certificate of completion as evidence you completed the course. After passing the course (or exceeding the maximum number of attempts), you will no longer have access to the course.
If you have difficulty downloading and printing your certificate, please email the Operations Administrator at cassie@carolyncostin.com in order to request a copy be mailed or faxed.
