"Teaching was the foundation of my career. First as a high school teacher and then in community college classrooms, I loved helping others gain information and insight. When I became a therapist I brought my passion for teaching into my work with clients. Soon I found myself teaching others about how to treat eating disorders. I have lectured, trained, taught, and supervised clinicians, dietitians, and physicians all over the world."
