About this episode

Season 1 · Recap · 56 min

From the very beginning of Becoming Recovered: Body & Soul to the end of Season 1, we’ve had the privilege of sharing so many honest, powerful, and deeply personal conversations.

We’ve heard from actors, former cult members, athletes, clinicians, and several of our incredible CCI coaches, with each guest bringing a different perspective on what recovery can look like and what it means to truly reconnect with yourself.

The response to this season has meant so much to us, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has listened, shared an episode, or connected with these conversations along the way.

Here is Part One of some of our favorite moments from Season 1 ❤️
