Information you may voluntarily provide includes details submitted through our contact forms, the email address you give us when you sign up for our newsletter or podcast updates, and the information you provide when you apply for or enroll in certification, mentor training, or continuing-education courses. Course enrollments and student accounts are administered through our third-party learning-management system, which processes that information on our behalf solely to deliver the programs you've requested.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. If you have provided your phone number, this information may be used to reach out to you for services and other outreach efforts.

Opt out

If you are receiving promotional communications as a result of your interaction with the websites, you may opt out at any time by emailing us at coaching15@carolyncostin.com. Please note that you may still receive information connected with accounts you have created, or outstanding invoices.

Disclosure of information

You acknowledge, consent, and agree that to the extent legally permissible, we may preserve, and/or disclose the information collected (including personal information) to any law enforcement agency or another third party if required to comply with legal processes, such as instances where a written subpoena is issued.

Aside from personal photos of Carolyn Costin you will find photos of others and videos of people who agreed to be photographed or filmed. Their depiction or appearance on the websites does not suggest an endorsement of the websites, eating disorders, eating disorder recovery or any other product, service or cause associated with the websites or any information contained therein.
