About this episode

S2 · E8 · 64 min

In this special episode I’m doing something a little different. Instead of interviewing a guest, I’m answering questions sent in by you, my listeners.

Cassie Copperfield, Director of Operations for The Carolyn Costin Institute, joins me to read your questions, which come from clinicians, people who are struggling with an eating disorder, and loved ones trying to understand how best to help someone they care about.

To a parent who can’t understand why her kid would starve herself, a client who can’t stop binging, and many others, I give ideas and strategies that might help.

My hope is that this episode offers something meaningful to everyone listening, whether you’re on your own recovery journey, or supporting someone else’s.

Continue sending in your questions and I’ll continue to periodically release “Ask Carolyn” episodes.
